Largest Contract Awarded for Acoustics

Acoustics is glad to announce that we have been awarded a contract through AF Gruppen's subsidiary AF Offshore AeronMollier for the supply of Rectangular & Circular Sound Attenuators and attenuated Jet Hoods for the Johan Sverdrup field for all four platforms.

Johan Sverdrup Field

Located on the Utsira Height in the North Sea, 155 kilometers west of Stavanger. Johan Sverdrup is one of the five biggest oil fields on the Norwegian continental shelf. Total production revenues of NOK 1,350 billion over 50 years. It will also be one of the most important industrial projects in Norway for years to come. The development and operation of this enormous field will provide revenues and jobs for coming generations.
